CHICAGO DJ & MUSIC PRODUCER
I’m Kirk, a DJ and music producer.
You’ll find I DJ quite a lot - at venues and clubs all over the city (Scarlet, Soho House, Berlin, Hubbard Inn to name a few). Maybe you’ve been to one of the parties I throw - Boiler Roof (on my friends roof - don’t tell the landlord), BOOTS (in a dim sum restaurant), and Have A Great Summer! (in a Wicker Park basement).
I also write and produce music - for myself and for artists. My EP Have A Great Summer! (2021) explored the alternative rock sounds I grew up on. I also produced Dan Kanvis’ ‘Understanding Dead Plants’ (2020), his genre-spanning debut.
I’m also super proud of my mix projects - anything from DJ mixes and live sets, to redesigning a Charli XCX album & even grabbing the attention of Diplo.
